Tickets - season tickets, loyalty points, matchday tickets etc

I think that'd be very unlikely. Otherwise it renders the system rather pointless as a reward for loyalty.

They were advertised as only being available to people with 300+, they were actually available to those with 290+, including yourself on 295.

I think it's more likely that someone in the ticket office has bungled the elgibility criteria when inputting the data into whatever retail management portal the club use when creating a new event for sale.

You are right, I had 335 yesterday but my lad had 325, only allowed us to buy one ticket. The additional points would have meant my lad would have had enough but the club wouldn't sell him one even for just 5 points short, they wouldn't have it that we should be on the same points either !!

Just rang couldn't get through .

Not for tickets to get on my shop account unfortunately it's linked to a phone and Gmail what fell in water (dishes water ).

I've paid for a season ticket yet there's nothing showing on ticketmaster who I bought if off so that's why trying get on the shop one but says change password done that and still doesn't let me on lol.

What a nightmare as long as sorted by first home game no drama really but it be nice if logged on to ticketmaster it would show that I have purchased a season ticket the fact it doesn't is bizarre .

I’ve been in the shop 3 times in the last 7 - 10 days and from what I’ve seen this last week the staff are usually too busy to answer the phone, they’re all on the tills selling tickets and sorting out issues with tickets/accounts/points etc. not to mention the merchandise sales.  We don’t appear to have anyone tasked with just taking phone calls, not that it was ever easy.

Do the robbing barstools ticketmaster still charge for you to print your own ticket at home? I'm sure i had to pay £1.50 or something to do it before

Have Vale been sent the tickets yet? Does anyone have a physical Salford ticket?

Just got my Luton ticket. I selected the print at home option and I downloaded the ticket to my phone for no extra charge

When you say Ticketmaster dd, do you mean the Vales eticketing Ticketmaster page ?

When you click on the little face at the top right it should say season ticket holder and show your number of aquired loyalty points. Mine does even though I have no season ticket in my wallet yet.

135 points seems low is it because I've moved my season ticket to another seat ,surely I should have 270

I must admit I'm not exactly with how these points are accrued. I have 280 points, so yes yours seems too low,  that is if you had a season ticket last season.  But I'm no expert on this.

Sugest, he becomes an Ipswich member and clocks up some priority points. Will the Vale ever sell all their STs and open up a ST waiting list? Something to dream about?

Private boxes at Portman Road have increased from £27k to £75k this season.
