    Anyone else's points not been added for the Salford game? They used to be added as soon as you had bought your ticket. Not sure if it's the same this season.

    Yep me. But I don't think there'll be many games like this.

    Accrington and Morecambe give good allocations. Bromley might be an issue though its 10 days before Crimbo.

    Call me an old git and a dinossaur but had issues logging on and trying to get the 3 tickets that I wanted.  All 3 have enough points but I have not been able to link my friends accounts.  I called in the Vale to get these, got there about 12.10 and it was chaos.  There were around 30 people in front of me, I did not mind queuing as expected it but 45 minutes later I had not moved anywhere.  I then hear someone working saying the system was down.  I had be back at work just before 2.00pm so asked if they could make a note of my name and who the tickets were for and my telephone number.  I just did not feel it was fair getting there early in a queue after going on sale only for the system to be down and not been entitled to one while someone going up later today or tomorrow morning will get one.  I will try again tomorrow lunch but struggled online to sort this out. 

    I still do not understand why there is one queue for absoutely everything, people queuing to pick up season tickets, Salford tickets, merchandise, anyone wanting a shirt or anything were just walking out and not bothering.

    Just tried to check mine and my wife's points - it says only 150 pts each from last season? Anyone else had this problem?

    You should both have at least 250 for the ST’s alone plus 10 for each away game.

    Drop the ticket office an email Pete as you need to get it sorted, they possibly haven’t added your ST’s for the coming season.
