When we bought the season tickets we were told the email with download instructions would be issue later. No worries until our first home game which is three weeks away.

Yeah no worries, will only panic if it goes to the final week. 😂😂

Just had to re-register but have last seasons loyalty points been added onto this year as I can't see any points anywhere ?

It's all very confusing !

And what's this about a wallet ?

Digital cards are downloaded to your wallet on your phone.
I’m still waiting for a download link for iOS for my season ticket. Surprised the club haven’t communicated anything over email yet.

Have you logged in here?

www.eticketing.co.uk/pvfc/

You should see this

click on the button with the little face on it and it should show up your details.

That went well, had to register, still no sign of points as when I then logged on, the shop won't accept my password!
Technology my arse.

This is why I’m getting an actual season ticket card £5 extra lasts for 5 seasons.

I was told by the club yesterday that the digital tickets (QR codes) will be emailed out this week (exactly what they said would happen when I bought the ‘ticket’ back in June). Used my phone (Apple wallet ) mainly last season but liked the comfort of a card too ( in my real wallet) in case my phone lost power etc.  This season plan to print off multiple copies of the QR code and get it laminated at Rymans (£1:50 for 10 copies I think). Can hand them out to my friends and family who I gave my ST card to last season when I couldn’t go.

Sorry, not the most technically minded, do my friends who were linked to my account last year automatically carry over as trying to get 4 tickets tomorrow for everyone but not sure how check they are still linked.  When we log on at 12.00 is it through the Vale site like last year to purchase these.

Brought my season ticket back in June but no loyalty points shown this season, is that correct as I thought it would show those points.

Season ticket renewed does that mean I get some more loyalty points to add to any carried over from last season ?

You get 125 for your season ticket plus whatever you had last year.

You have to add them again using their supporter number. They have to accept before you can purchase tickets on their behalf.

It would have been better if we'd had something like Colchester away first game so we would have been able to test the system under less stress.

You mean less stress than buying tickets from the Colchester e-ticketing system.

That system was stress!

Its not fallen kind to the club Salford away.
