re. car park

Thanks all - very helpful replies.

I've told my Dad to go to VP in person and get it sorted out. My brother needs to collect his season tickets anyway. I don't know about the QR code though. He doesn't attend games as its for his wife and other son, which is good as I don't need to explain QR codes to him!

There's gonna be a lot of people sitting by themselves or trying to move seats in the ground if this is the case.

Then again, i suppose the latter would be no different to usual.

It's the same as last season

Seems a more reliable system than last season's although Ticketmaster didn't want to accept my card first time round for some reason. I was after four tickets but only three of us had enough points so I, of course, tried to get four but it wouldn't let me allocate the ticket to the points deprived mate so I'll try again on his behalf Wednesday. Cheekily I tried to log in again and buy the extra ticket but it said my allocation had been used already. Fine with that and it seems quick and easy as it should be with the behemoth Ticketmaster behind it.

But if any club can break it.............

Any news on why the 1876 Membership and ticket option has been delayed?

People took the piss out of it the last couple of years. You could buy tickets for people if just one of you had the correct amount of points. Now everyone who is going needs to be in the correct points bracket. That's the fairest way to do it. It's a loyalty based system. Not a points based system on who wants to sit with their mates.

How many points are needed to buy in the first round of Salford tickets and when do tickets go on sale to the rest of us oiks who dont get to every away game? I have 295 but apparently I don't have the right membership??

I normally go to 4 or 5 away each season, often towards the close but lost the urge a bit towards the end of the last, can't think why...

Where does it state what and how many points are required for being eligible for the away ticket sales?
