Tickets - season tickets, loyalty points, matchday tickets etc

Surely you’ll have to wait, thats the whole point of the loyalty points isn’t it. Can only see them being used for the individual who’s accumulated them

That's my worry. But in the above instance what's the point in having the network system? People with the right amount of points could potentially have to sit on there own?

Yeah that’s a fair point, personally I think it’s daft. Should just release to season ticket holders then straight to general sale after. First come first serve & have a cap on how many each person can get.

Does anyone know how many you can purchase at one time?

I bought 4 for people on my network with enough points. Once you have said what tickets you want you have to allocate them to the folk on your network.

For me and him? He's got 300+ points but i haven't. Will he be able to get mine for me or will i have to wait for wednesday?

Wednesday....The system says 'unasigned' if you try to get tickets without the relevant points.

@Walka003 if Wednesday I think you’ll be fine still mate 👍🏻

fingers crossed. My group that i usually sit with all have differing numbers of points. It's going to be a headache when we go somewhere with assigned seats if you can't buy on behalf of people...i don't really understand the network thing if you can't buy tickets on behalf of others.

The good lady has been pick mine and my lads tickets up no mither, well apart from her moaning at waiting half an hour in a queue,I quickly informed her to stop moaning, get home and make sure my tea is ready when i get in................................................ oh you are quite correct that last bit didn't happen,i obviously apologised as much as i could then promised a takeaway

You can as long as they have the right number of points.

Yeah you can’t have people buying tickets for their ‘network’ if their network doesn’t have enough points. Would defeat the point.

Seems like an overall sensible system and can’t see many complaints thus far. If it’s all worked then well done Vale.

Does anyone know if children get points?
My lad has had a season ticket for the couple of years and done several away days but showing zero points, is that the same for others with kids on their account?

Ignore me I've just read the responses on twitter lol

There's gonna be a lot of people sitting by themselves or trying to move seats in the ground if this is the case.

Then again, i suppose the latter would be no different to usual.
