It would have been better if we'd had something like Colchester away first game so we would have been able to test the system under less stress.

Yes I said that in the shop last week. Salford really was the last fixture we wanted. Even Crewe giving us 2200 and Walsall 2000 would have been better.

My Dad (85) has been sent a letter to renew the car parking. He's tried calling the ticket office and got nowhere. He could try online but the letter is completely stupid. It even says "click here" to register. Click where? - they haven't even printed the url.

I've told him to go in person and sort it out. It's a simple piece of admin to send out a letter but a basic screen shot of an email really isn't acceptable.

Anyone else having issues with this?

I ended up calling in to the shop last Friday and sorting my car park space. Chap said no card this season, you get a QR code to your phone

Same here. I went to the shop last week and paid for my car park season ticket and was told I would be sent a QR code by email. After numerous emails, I still don't have it. Will email again this morning and if nowt happens I will have to go back to the shop and sort it. I was originally told there should have been a notification to renew on eticketing and there is a link on eticketing to renew but I could not find one and still can't.😞😞

Have you had the qr code gags ?

I'm rightly or wrongly presuming it's a teething problem with the integration to Ticketmaster and it will all get sorted.

Hopefully.

Right, like I said then, perhaps they will become available when the season ticket qr codes are sorted. Who knows!

Salford ticket purchased. Was fearing the worse, but the process was easy and straight forward. SVA.

Were you able to purchase on behalf of people in your network who had less points? My mate has enough points to get mine tomorrow but we're worried he can only buy for himself.

Once you have bought your tickets for the correct points it blocks you from trying again.

He will be fine to buy tomorrow at the lower threshold.

For me and him? He's got 300+ points but i haven't. Will he be able to get mine for me or will i have to wait for wednesday?

Pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to get Salford tickets

Surely you’ll have to wait, thats the whole point of the loyalty points scheme isn’t it. Can only see them aloud to be used for the individual who’s accumulated them. Unless it’s more than x1 ticket per person then it shouldn’t be an issue  🤷‍♂️
