Yep there's probably no signage for a reason mate otherwise people would be going up there on a daily basis kicking off left right and centre about the lousy service 😂

    At least 5+ years and they have signage which is in the reception and on the totems.

    No problems at all while I was in there yesterday.  I purchased 2 over the counter, at the same time one or two others were collecting their tickets.

    Just bought the £7.50 concessions bundle for the Luton/Bolton games - in the acknowledgment email there are two “Add to Apple Wallet” icons - neither work.
    Logged on to the ticket site - nowhere in my account to download the tickets either…

    P*ss up and brewery spring to mind…

    Same with the STs and last I heard on here was that we were told it would be sorted by the end of this month. 

    Only a week to go before the Luton game...

    They used to do it for the whole season though a good few years ago - I used to get one (before I had kids) as it was easier to make 10 games across a season, but I couldn't commit to a full season ticket.

    I am seriously dreading when Salford tickets go live. Why couldn't we be away at Gillngham or Swindon. I am sure it will all smooth itself out but 1300 tickets at Salford is a nightmare.

    Just that there’s no ST in my account yet, and it still gives me the option to purchase one (even though I’ve already done so). However I can see since my post that someone has said the ST should be in the account next week.
