Who too?😭

I still don't understand why a worldwide computer company  can't produce its own ticketing system. Very synetic! 😉

Are they not financial fraud investigation specialists? There is no point in designing a ticketing system when there are plenty off the peg. What do other clubs do?

You don't actually get given a Burton ticket you get given a receipt and then have to collect the match ticket from vale during the week

My season ticket is still not showing on my account. I've still got a notification telling me to renew. Anyone else the same?

I've also just bought a Burton ticket online and that is not showing up in my tickets either. I've had an email and when I try to click on my ticket the link doesn't work. Anyone else having that problem as well?

I have exactly the same issue.  No idea why they had to change something that was working quite well, I hope it all gets ironed out before the Salford tickets go on sale !!

They are based in some posh offices where the Michelin is at Stoke / Hanford

Yeah, I looked it up.

I actually know that Riverside park quite well as I used to visit one of the units there with work. Dunno how long Ticketmaster have been there, as I never saw any signage for them when I used to go.

Duplicate post (...I blame robf! 😆)

So I take it it goes in your wallet a week before season .

Lad was asking if do half season tickets as works some Saturdays on overtime .

I know about the 1876 thing that's good and get a game with that I've read .

I don't know why they don't do a 10 match thing aswell .

It's money up front no matter what happens ,I did that last time in this league and ended up going 15 games, cause Clark got a pretty decent team on the pitch so if Moore can do that the club will be rolling in it .

You have to as a sales business person, you have to try prise money from folk anyway you can

Ultimately it's down to winning games though

So, the 'norm' then.

Vale should be looking to do so much better as a club looking forward.

Didn't work for me either.  The Google Wallet link is broken and the Apple Wallet isn't a link at all.

It doesn't give to an option to view any purchased tickets but does say that my next match is next Saturday and that I'm a season ticket holder.  No details of the seat that I've purchased though.  I couldn't reserve online either had to go to the club shop to renew.

Weren't you saying that we'd hardly sell any because of the unfair and extortionate prices? Now we should be selling many more? You're clearly a WUM
