Dipepa and Shorrock are more complicated as they still had college qualifications to complete. I think it was mentioned that Plant and McDermott completed theirs at the same college Southampton used, so it is possible to go further afield; just not a straightforward. 

Thanks @JRC I hadn't considered things like that but I guess there's lots of variables to consider when loaning out.

I do hope the club can find good clubs for some of the kids though. Over the years we've had some loan spells that have really helped bring players on - Gateshead (Hugill), Torquay (Smith) and Salisbury (Plant) to name three.

In terms of staying localish, there are few options to send them too, but it depends what tier is acceptable. 

Macclesfield for example could be a great destination for someone like Buah or the younger keeper Davies.

Buxton in NLN could be a good place for Shorrock to get regular minutes at a bit of a higher level.

As has been mentioned, the net is a bit wider for Plant and others.

Without any big player leaving i can still see maybe one more loan coming in but I am sure we will be leaving a bit in the pot ready for January if we need to add to give us that push.

Obviously if a big player gets sold then I think we will buy to replace them

I just don’t see any of our better players leaving now. I know the window is still open but I think they are all aboard the promotion party. Grant, Jones & Ojo to leave I reckon in the next couple of weeks. Have a feeling he quite likes Lowe for his experience & to see games out so think he may stay
