Oh well nearly April so someone had to start it,I know we are in a relegation battle right now so this thread will probably get on some people's pips BUT it's just a getaway thread to talk retained list,potential targets etc

After all i noticed that we were starting to talk Garrity and Dipepa values on the match thread so thought it might be best to bring it on here

Just to start it off I have a good friend who has watched a player at Altrincham a lot and he is raving about Conn-Clarke(He thinks Peterborough among many others have been watching him) Boro snapped up the lad from Barnet if i remember rightly who has since shone for them... possible target should Chislett leave?

Will fit in  at The Posh - they go for double barrelled surnames quite a bit

The obvious one would be Dipepa being watched by higher up clubs but I’d be surprised if he hadn’t been. Guess the other ones potentially are either thee future with the DOF position or maybe depending on Dan Gores injury status if he has gone back to Utd.

Just for the summer please nobody suggest Hudlin after watching him last weekend at Burton. And if we are linked then the recruitment team to be fired on the spot.

I couldn't say who might or might not be coming in but I should imagine that the last 3 performances have muddied the water in terms of who will be leaving. Some players who looked nailed on to be discarded are suddenly looking half decent and maybe worth persevering with.

Other than Jones. Only on the pitch 5 minutes and did a calamity miskick that led to an attack for them. Looked all at sea in his brief cameo. Again. 

He's definitely colour blind. Sadly Flitcroft saw fit to give him 2 years. Hopefully we can wriggle an exit to suit both parties.

I was one jumping on the Hudlin thing in January BUT as you say after seeing him come on in that game I would certainly give him a miss,I have no doubt DM will have targets lined up he believes he can get dependent on what League we are in

I guess we are still looking to tie Walters and Shorrock down to deals?

Although they aren't doing well in their league i see Bhua and Brazier scored 2 goals each for the u18's on Saturday so they could be the next 2 we are looking to tie down

Who was the Sheff Wed forward we had in the building on deadline day evening?

I assume DM knows what's avai!able at Huddersfield. I'd still try for Harratt. In addition to the obvious full backs and strikers , a Leon replacement please and a right nasty centre mid for me please.

Im not sure of the contract situations on some of these I'm pretty sure a couple of them are still going to be under contract but personally I would be looking to get Jones, Massey, Clark, wilson, grant, loft and lowe  out of the door and I suspect if we go down we will lose garrity and chislett. Willo may be controversial but he doesn't score enough goals for me and we need to nail the striker positions next season and ideally thats strikers with pace and strength and wilson has neither. Loft is working hard and putting himself about but he has no composure in front of goal which isn't ideal for a striker. Possibly down to  confidence but I haven't seen enough to want to keep him so if someone enquired about him I would snatch their hand off.
