Smurthwaite will put a claim on any cheque, through aiding Ndala's development (by giving him out-of-date pies when he was 8!)

Any money we get From him will go to smurthwaite in my opinion.

100% that is not the case,it will go to the club

Forget the fat controller he's long Gone!!!2😏

I think there is some likelihood of outward movement before the deadline. Personally I hope Ojo gets his head down and stays because I think alongside Byers they will offer that bit of creation to complement the energy we have in there which is mandatory and giving us something to build from.

I would like to see James Plant get back on track for which a loan move might be best. He was badly derailed by that wing back role I think.

Plant scored a couple of goals including a pearler v Plymouth and then the following season was asked to play out of position.

His career has gone backwards as a result sadly.

Yep, he's a good attacking player with good composure in front of goal, asking him to play as a defensive player did knock his confidence it must have done but I still rate the kid he's defo a good footballer 👌

I think we will do a bit more business on deadline day, very unsure on players coming in but my guess would be more to do with those going out.

I can only see a player coming in if an important one leaves

Hardly a kid, happens to be 20 years old.

LB is our weakest position on paper and then there is Lowe playing an emergency sort of CB/DM backup role in the squad.

I don't think we get an LB because we got Kyle John but I also don't think he is a natural there.

I'd be happy if the only business from now was Lowe out, personally. I had reservations about Debrah but he is doing alright so far.

Did we ever get news about Rhys Walters at all? I guess we all assumed he was released on a free and club never bothered to even wish him well?

Thanks, my error got him down as Feb.  Still not a kid in my eyes.

Can I ask something I'm wondering:
if Edwards have done almost a full pre-season with the squad, how can he then be so far behind on fitness?

Not sure if anyone(MBE) has seen them training today, just wondering if the trialist CB was still there

I am guessing it's more down to actual game fitness more than anything else
