It’s Buen dia 🙃

Might have been a typo in the original post but why’s it not buenos dias in this context?

What's the deal on loans to non-league sides? Do they have to be completed before the window shuts or does that (I think I'm right here) only apply to Football League/Premier League clubs?

With the likes of Buah and Lomax not even getting minutes in the Trophy this week it surely makes a lot of sense to get them out to a non-league club for regular football if at all possible.

Same meaning but you tend to find Buenos Dias is used more in Latin America

I believe it only applies to league clubs in that sense. I think non-league can continue to take loanees from the league but not sure on permanent signings(going from league-non league unless they've become a free agent before the window shut).

I don't think it works the other way around though (so Vale couldn't sign a player from non-league again until January).

On another note it would be nice to see our youngsters being loaned to a standard at least NL North/South, now our academy has improved and seems to be producing more good prospects.  It sounds harsh but the level the likes of Kidsgrove, Newcastle and Stafford are at is a bit low if we want them to be first team potential when they return.  I guess it depends a bit on age but hopefully something the club are/have worked on.

I've lived in Spain for 20 years, Buenos Dias is a morning or early afternoon greeting, buen dia is a morning or early afternoon goodbye, usually after a conversation, similar to "good day to you" in English....

Gracias, similar to " have a good day" in English I suppose.

Yes, that's right. My parents lived in La Nucia, about 7 miles from Benidorm and I believe they even shortened that colloquially, but for the life of me I can't think what it was!

There was an interesting line in Mike Baggaley's latest newsletter - "There are no deals imminent but the manager isn’t ruling out more transfer activity before the window closes next Friday at 11pm. I’m guessing we are more likely to see players leave than new signings"

I believe non-league rules are like the old EFL rules. They just have a transfer deadline day in March, after which players can't be signed. Dipepa and Shorrock are more complicated as they still had college qualifications to complete. I think it was mentioned that Plant and McDermott completed theirs at the same college Southampton used, so it is possible to go further afield; just not a straightforward.

No Buenas is correct. A shortened terminology meaning hello. Leave out dias, tardes or noches.

Buenas is the correct spelling and terminology.
