Money talks. It’s the only way a club starts to listen.

I agree with that, but if we had 10-15k going through the gates we probably wouldn’t have Crosby in the first place, we may have proven strikers and with those numbers would have seen Championship football.

Fans at our level still do make a difference.

AC just been on sjoke and sounded a mega pissed off manager and about time he said it how it is.  Hopefully he will take it out on the players and sort it out and make them understand it can't keep happening.

Maybe it is and defending was frighteningly bad but it was extremely entertaining and we did pick up a point from a losing position on 3 occasions. I’ll take a point

I will say they had a good attack. We could be played through all game down the sides and down the middle. Crazy stuff playing out from the back. But Vale also had a massive problem second half with the linesman. He wasn't flagging obvious offsides and I feel Charlton started to rely on that.

But let's take the good. We scored 3 and it could have been more. Crosby was wrong to play Debrah who clearly wasn't fit. But I can't blame him for much else given the players available.

A game that summed up the frustrations around us at the minute.

Going forward I thought we looked really dangerous. Chislett and Wilson linked up brilliantly and Massey had one of his best games for us. I thought Uche was really poor until his goal, which seemed to wake him up. His first touch is atrocious and he gave away possession far too often. Wilson missed a sitter first half; Dipepa stole it off Uche's toes; we had at least 10 on target.

Defensively it was carnage, and a big, aerially dominant CB is the number 1 requirement for this window. Lowe should not be starting every week - nowhere near physical enough. Get someone like Brad Hills in. Devine shouldn't have faffed about with it for their 2nd. We switched off for a flick on for the 1st.

We're struggling to hit the balance at the minute. We either have games of few goals or games of loads of them. I guess that's part of being an inconsistent mid-table side.

For the accusations that things are boring, however, I simply can't agree. 3-2, 2-3, 3-0, 3-3 in our last 4 home games. It's value for money even if we aren't getting the results as consistently as we'd want. Really enjoyed it.

Again, Crosby does just enough to keep himself afloat. There has to be 3-4 decent signings this window. You'd hope for 4 points from the next two. I still think things will have settled down by the end of January and we'll sort of meander to 14th.

The problem in defence today was nothing to do with a big centrehalf.  We lacked pace at the back. They had 3 very quick forwards. The other problem was just switching off. I don't think our defenders lost a header all afternoon.

It was a good game.

Radio Sjoke seem to be concentrating on sjoke fans at the moment - but there is still time for him to come on.

They’ve put Ben on instead.who hates Crosby and Carol.

The obligatory individual errors as per from us. But! We showed great spirit and togetherness to come back to 3/3. Should've won imo, but then shouldn't of conceded from such silly individual errors. But that's football. Couldn't of handled a loss on here this evening.
So, made up for the lads, they never gave up. Uche and Gav were great today.

A fraction under 6k

We're desperate for a John McCombe/Leon Legge type. It's a travesty we're starting Lowe, a player that couldn't get in Salford's defence in the league below.

A good, dominant centre back and an alternative to Ikpeazu would make a huge difference, despite of Crosby.

5.6k home fans. That should be alarming to the club.

I enjoyed that today . But wow some atrocious defending for every goal.

Debrah appalling to give a corner away for the first although we've still got to defend it . And the 2nd and 3rd were calamities.

I've been banging on about Sang in midfield. Well he was truly shocking. Dobson ran the show for them.

At least I've seen some real attacking intent and a good go at them. Lowe my only positive in the defence the rest were keystone cops.
