Wonder which side will turn up for this match.  The fighting Vale who give it a go to win the game or the side who think they have already won it before they kick off as such seem to be the ever giving team which end up loosing the game from being in the lead down to silly mistakes and just watching the opposition waltz through the midfield and defence?

You just don't know anymore which side you will get.  As Charlton have drawn 3 and lost their last 3 games in a 6 game run, I am going with the ever giving Vale side who will gift Charlton a W on their last 7 games list.

Then AC will come out with the usual end of match rubbish and say errors and lack of concentration caused us to loose the game.  We will stick together and look at the video horror and learn from it.

Please Vale team prove me wrong and others who will be thinking this.  Go out there and get those 3 points like we have seen you all play in some matches, a team that looks like they give a damn about the team and what it means to wear the Vale shirt.

Alfie May may be playing for the minor Valiants

Or he may not be. I'll get my coat...

The Dor to L2 😢

8 without a win. In terrible form.

What can possibly go wrong.

Darren1810.  It may be something like this:

Ripley saves us numerous times in the first half and we go in 0-0,  Then we score a goal and AC and CO go tactical after 60 minutes when they take off all our attacking players and go super defensive.  Ripley is the furthest forward player as the out players are that far back in our half.  With 10 minutes left they score and then in extra time, they score again and take the 3 points.

Hopefully, 4 days between games instead of the previous 2 day gap will help, but the injury situation may have worsened.

2 nil loss may penalty and a Charlton centre half heads one home from a corner.

Awesome let’s hope we can grab a win and get one of the big guns in the 4th rou…… oh dear.

Perhaps Charlton fans are thinking the same.

Hello again chaps, thought I'd poke my head in as this fixture draws nearer.

First of all hope you're all well and had a good new year and Christmas 👍

I have seen you aren't in the best of forms like ourselves and the general consensus is, manager out. I can completely sympathise with this as I am losing the will to go to games, that's how it is for fans I suppose though.

I am genuinely really looking forward to this game though, football aside, as its my first visit to Vale Park and I'm not sure if anyone recalls but I vlog for Charlton and did a vlog for our home tie against yous:

Was a cracking game for a neutral I suppose and some cracking goals. Mainly though I loved speaking to your fans who were in great form and just a level headed bunch

As I am drawing closer to the game, first of all, I'd love to meet some of you and get you on the vlog, secondly I would love to get the fans I spoke to on the first vlog; Ian & James and Terry & Darren, if anyone knows them or they post here would love to have them on again and finally, what would you want to see from an away fan when talking about your club?

I have fairly routine things I do such as shots of the ground, a chat about the clubs history, but is there anything you'd like me to include that represents your club in the best way?

I'll pop in here until the fixture, again look forward to it (despite our poor form) and am always happy to see a new ground ticked off 🙂

I don’t see a win here and they have Alfie May and it’s a draw and Crosby out
