When your manager thinks your GK is the teams deep lying playmaker your in trouble!

I stopped counting after I ran out of fingers on 1 hand to count but it’s beyond ridiculous the number of times we win a free kick or throw,30 yards from the opponents goal and Ripley has the ball at his feet on the edge of our area.

Ripley has had more touches of the ball than any other GK in the EFL!!!

Including of course the customary one straight from kick off. Frustrated doesn’t come close this evening, and I thought Boro was bad.

4 of them from kick offs and even Barnsley did it from theirs. Must be on page 1 of the new coaching manual. Looks terrible and I just don't get why teams do it

I know WIlson can’t last a whole game and he is a class player but play him to half time and then substitute him and allow him to help get us in front and for once defend a lead but Friday isn’t going to be easy against Jordan Rhodes et al
