Remember last season watching the Burton game v Vale at Burton on a stick and all there commentators kept saving is we should beat these etc etc etc in act they waffled on so much was delighted when Garrity scored and then Harrison against the run of play .

I will rather have that Phil Bowers and Sproson when we play they never big us up which is exactly how it should be .

OK we have 16 points but achieved nothing of note .

Much to play for after every game after a win is a even bigger game .

Tomorrow will  tell us a lot .

Far from easy game as they have proved in last 2 visits to VP with winning both .

We need respect them then do what we have being doing but have more in that final third as sat I'm seeing good  football then the final ball a Vale players no where near it so for  one get nearer to it .

Move with intent and pick your team which can bare minimum make there goalie work

Never paid for the live stream but AS we may go top thinking about it 😁. IS  it still £10 and is it a decent stream plz??

The live stream is good but with it being a home game you have to put up with the not very good Radio Stoke commentary

Prefer the live streams for away games just for the commentary

You only have to watch the pitchside video. The Hamil was loud at times, even before the goal, especially after. Didn't hear anything from the Railway. And there in lies the issue. I don't think noise travels well to or from the Railway. No doubt everyone in there singing thought they were loud...they weren't.

The atmosphere was horrific before this season, it's better now, not amazing. But our home record and the fact the management, Clarke v Swindon and Crosby this season a few times are commenting on the improved atmosphere from having Vale in the Hamil speaks volumes, no matter how much people wish it wasn't so.

Long may it continue. Masterstroke by the club.

The atmosphere would definitely benefit from more people going in there with the intention of singing and getting behind the team. Unfortunately a lot of our fans like to just sit in silence and moan at anyone doing the opposite. The sooner the numbers trying to get the atmosphere going grow, the better.

Surprised the few singers in the Railway haven't headed towards the away end.

Some need to relax a bit in regards to the atmosphere. Vale Park is a big stadium, a traditional stadium. Unless you're getting 15K in every home game the atmosphere won't be all that at times. As long as the support is there at the right moments and the players can hear and feel it, that's what matters.

A by-product of the Hamil switch is the away fans are now as far away from the singers as they could possibly be.

The noisy contingent of both home and away being close enough to wind each other up and create a bit of needle is the biggest factor in making an atmosphere.

Unfortunately the two sections can barely hear each other.

The truth, for me, with atmosphere is that most clubs struggle with atmosphere these days. Football has changed. You still get the odd few, but some of those have to force it with a drum, ultras, flags etc. We could go down that route but it all feels a bit artificial.

Both home or away commentary is available on iFollow for every game you just have to make the choice in the audio settings at the bottom right of the screen player.. I switch during games sometimes just to compare how biased some commentaries are.

Re atmosphere:  Bare with me a moment please. My lad had his stag weekend in Leeds at the weekend. Bizarrely, his mates decided it was a good idea for them to go to Oakwell for the Barnsley  v Burton game. He couldn't believe the next to zero atmosphere there, even when they scored. Not much more than a polite round of applause that you'd give to stringed quartet. He found the experience very surreal and can't wait to be piping The Wonder of you out against Burton. By the way, he thought Burton were awful, so it's a certain 3 points nailed on for them then.

I hope the walking up and down the Railway at half time returns soon
