My suggestion would be donate to buy the ground but also to buy a ST separately.No need to donate or buy either unless SS have the club.CS has said the ground should belong to the fans.She didn’t ask for cash but as it stands SS are not prepared to meet the asking price.It was a way of trying to help to get a deal through.

I don't think he'd sell at 10m he's hiding something

The offer at around 3.5 m was more than enough

To be honest I don't think he's ever invested anything has anyone ever seen any invoices for anything

The cost cutting he has done has self funded the club in my opinion so at 3.5 he'd still be quids in

Then when he's been offered incoming transfer money aswell which is not his and still turns it down

I very much suspect if someone offered him £5 million he would decide that was OK but he would have to keep the ground/concourse income, etc.

I've been thinking that as well. He might decide to sell the football side as it's the bit that's giving him the most grief, but the ground would be the thing that just keeps giving. Any buyer would either have to pay whatever he wanted or contemplate a move away from VP.
