Have to agree. People can call into question where the money goes but I think the man is deranged above all else. Protests, media attention, boycotts, threats... not sure anything would really have much effect. He is stubborn beyond reason.

 

If he appoints a decent manager and let's him get on with it then so be it. Grin and bear it. Blackburn, Blackpool, Leeds... all crackpot owners and nothing the fans can do to remedy it. Certainly stunts the club's potential but a good manager with his hands tied can still get promotion to League One... maybe he would actually sell at that stage.

No doubt there are people out there who could afford to buy the club, but would they have enough funds to keep it running, let alone improve it.

Thought he spoke well regardless of any feelings about his tenure that we have.

 

He isn't going anywhere so let's hope this appointment is a good one and the damage starts to be repaired at least.

I have done alot of complaining and moaning. But this could be a chance for PVFC fans ans Smurf move forwards now. The right appointment and we could go far.

My advice to Norman? If Micky is the only person in football you trust, get him back NOW while you take your time finding a new permanent manager. This is really urgent - we will make no progress with Morgan and Kelly in charge.

 

If you don't find someone senior in football, like Micky Adams, to advise you, we are going to find ourselves going out of the footbal league and you are going to find yourself back on Radio Joke making the same excuses. Then no one will buy the club from you.
