Typical RS just said that we had made a bid to sign a player and that the Vale are heavily linked with Danny Rowe at Macc.

 

Few on their forum think he's off to us, & has been training with us for a week (which I've seen on here also I think). Looks like it's all down to contracts & agreements now?

 

Possibly turned down the Barnet fee as he didn't want to move so far away from home, Wythenshawe/Macc, a lot closer to us?

I had not seen anything to say that Haughton has gone.

 

In terms of defensive cover, young James Gibbons could play at right back with Ben Purkiss moving into the middle, also Kjell Knops can cover in the middle. I think I would be happy to see those players get the opportunity if it arose.
