Utter rubbish today. The golden lining from the match was that if we had a manager who had a clue about decent tactics and getting the players to do something without the ball, we could do much, much better.

 

Bruno knows nothing about zonal marking. He simply seems to allow the players to not bother tackling and just let's them sit back in certain zones rather than actually making an effort to get stuck in.

 

Tavares had another stinker, Periera would struggle to get into Kidsgrove Athletics squad.

 

I went to this to do some Christmas shopping in London. Wish I had not bothered. Ground is miles away and you need to change at Clapham Junction.

 

It was really bad and Bruno's attitude stinks. He just stands there, hands in pockets not giving a damn.

 

Smurf should get rid and give anyone hungry a chance. Some of the players look decent and we have a league 1 squad, but Bruno is definitely the weakest link.

I went today & yes we really were that s**t, all I can say is we need new direction. Bruno is not the way forward for Port Vale FC & I expect him gone by the New Year.

Bruno has to go now, surely there is no way Smurf would trust Bruno with any wheeling and dealing in the transfer market in January.

 

My concern, and I posted this back in June/July, is that all the steady progress made by the club under MA and RP has been undone since Bruno took over, the playing side of the club severley weakend by the signing of so many players not good enough for Lge 1 that the concern isn't just this season but next season aswell.
