Neal and O'Connor

I agree with tenement that I would consider resting Moore and playing Foley a little wider. Foley is growing into a very, very useful player alongside Grant. Let's be honest Moore has not really shone these past few games. I'm not knocking him, just saying he's gone a little of the boil and doesn't seem to take on full backs like he did the first few games. He has an excellent relationship with Purkiss BUT for me Moore is the one to consider using as a sub when O'Connor is fit.

I thought Moore was fantastic against Doncaster, although so were the whole team.

I think what we'll see is O'Connor slotting in next to Grant and Foley pushing up to provide even more competition in that 'advanced three'.

There's going to be times when Dodds, Andoh or Moore are unavailable so the more options the better. I also think that Foley would leave us less vulnerable away from home, where need to soak up pressure and stay tight.

Great conundrum to have.

Smurf and Rob are building enough quality throughout the team to start rotating players. With enough quality to cover each position.

This should keep everyone happy, and also cut down on niggling little injuries players have had to play with in the past.

It also means suspensions and more serious injuries will have less effect than previous seasons.

Exciting times ahead I think.:newbadge::newbadge:

Oaks is class. Foley is looking the part too. Between them and in away games when Moore needs to defend more then I'm sure they can all be accommodated

Agree with that, whatever happens it a nice thing to be able to bring a sub on who won't weaken the team but maintains the quality in the side.

...Good. I'm pleased to hear that.

Does make me wonder why we signed McCourt for a month then.... perhaps a striker/goalscorer might have been given a higher priority?

Maybe a signing possibility in the future. If the Foxes establish in the Prem with their billionaire backing, they will be looking for higher grade players.

I wasn't suggesting drop Moore, it's just he does seem to tire a little towards the end of games so pushing Foley out wide could be an option when O'Connor is back.
