Yes, I've been impressed by Brown's fitness generally - and he will certainly want to play. It may depend on his reaction to the injury he sustained when Basham slid in to him? Even if we only get 45 minutes off him, he will be good to have against Swindle - they will be very confident after their run of form and their result yesterday.

Perhaps they should have poked their noses in when the roundabout outside the ground was proposed!!!

We need a competitive midfielder and Brown is the only one we have. I thought Birchall might be able to play that role but he has been below par IMHO when coming on and trying to play that role.

 

Personally if we sit back I think we will get hammered. Page no doubt has a lot more nous than me but on the basis I think they may be a tad overconfident due to history and current form I would adopt a very attacking tactic and go for them straight from the off. Might end 5-3 but it's about time they not us learned what it's like to concede 5
