When Bob young came out and said he thought it would be completed by end of October, I said to my old man when will he learn to stop giving out deadlines/dates as they are never met. And low and behold its the end of October and the new buyer is not in place. SHOCK :doh:
"Thought it would be completed" is not a deadline, if Bob had said "It will be completed at the end of October" that is a deadline, not that he can issue deadlines if the money is there, only the FL can give deadlines. All Bob can give is a guess or an opinion. It is likely to be completed in November, but nobody can be sure until the FL give the OK.

I got the impression that if all the paperwork which was out of the administrators hands had been done in time, and with a fair wind, the end of October could have been the very earliest completion date if you'd asked someone a few weeks ago.

 

However, I don't think anyone was banking on it being completed then.

 

I reckon it will be the second or third week of November but that's just my feeling.
