The thing is she promised that we weren't going to make the same mistakes as 2 seasons ago yet it looks like history is about to repeat itself.

Totally agree with you !

The clubs statement on backing Moore is the most depressing part of the day, even more so than the result. No rationale,  just hope beyond hope and further points behind any glimmer of getting out of this diabolical mess we find ourselves in.

She saved the club, and everyone should be eternally grateful for that, but she also has the same issues with managers time and time again. Everyone can be criticised. Her blind loyalty to a manager is threatening to relegate us again. She's the managers boss, not their best mate and confidant. She's not 'Auntie Carol', she is the owner of a professional football club. This happened with 'Uncle' Norman and his 'sweetie jar'. This attitude as a fan contributes to us being in the position we're in again imo. Treat owners with respect, but also treat them as the professionals they are and hold them to account when they are making the same mistakes over and over again.

I mean if Plymouth had lost today I am certain that Cleverley would have been sacked and immediately replaced with Derek Adams in fact I can still see Cleverley getting sacked soon and being replaced by Adams.

Fans will start voting with their feet and not go to matches if DM and Co stay longer.  Fans wont pay to see the same dross being played week in week out.  

Madness is doing the same thing over and over again and think it will get better.  

When he is finally sacked it will be at the end/near the end of the transfer window and no chance to get players in or out.  Oh that sounds familiar Carol.

Fella, I’ve been going since 1985. My emotion in this situation has never been more controlled. Like I posted before, I watch from afar and haven’t set foot inside Vale since the Gillingham game. I could have posted weeks and weeks ago about the utter mess the club is in on the pitch but I had controlled emotions. 
Angry Spunkers? Nah mate. Not at all. My appetite for football doesn’t make me angry anymore since I thought about taking my own life on three occasions. So quite frankly football doesn’t get me to a point where I’m angry or even where I’m ecstatic, unlike most. 
I just look in here every now and then, watch Vale on tv and as a Vale fan still I am allowed an opinion and it’s painfully obvious he should have been fired at least a week ago and Carol is absolutely clueless in these situations with no plan of what to do next. 
 

I’ve been Wembley with Vale. I’ve been Barnet with Vale. I’ve stood with dozens wanting Bratts head. I told you about Smurthwaite long before the majority woke up.  I’ve seen us win. I’ve seen us lose. I used to let it affect me. It doesn’t anymore. I’m just putting out an opinion now. 
 

Crack on mate. If you ain’t on board that the manager should go because some 45 year old bloke on tinterweb annoys you then that’s more a sad indictment of you as a person.

I dont know if it was a club statement but it was what RS understood(they must of been told by someone at the club,well Bowers probably was).. ended it by saying that he will be in charge for the Lincoln game

If Carol can’t be trusted to make the obvious call and sack him, can we trust she’ll choose the right replacement when she does wake up?

I’m sorry, but Paddy needs to take the reins here, employ a consultant to come in to appoint a new manager and then take over football decision-making permanently.

I cannot hack relegation again.
