Sadly don’t expect anything from today. Lump on Tolaj to score.

Dipepa Delight has the final say on tactics, formation & team selection. It’d still be less confusing than some selections under DM.

Your incorrect.

Flickers went straight for DC

So identifying what you need and finding a person you believe matches your values and ambition, then going to get them isn’t a proper a recruitment process?  Strange take.

Predictable line up but is it good enough to win. A draw is not good enough.

It's a decent line up on paper. Depends what he does with it. Got to get the best of George Hall. He's the one player who looks like he can make things happen

Biggest issue with the line up is that we read it and expect it to be two up front. But going by the last few games, he’s playing Paton and hall wide in a 3-4-3 formation. It’s a horrible formation and also means players out of position.
No faal on the bench, which is great, but the worrying thing is that means he didn’t have to be picked, so makes previous decisions even more strange.
Has he fallen out with Byers?

I hope the Vake fans who say that they’ll boo Tolaj, refrain from doing so. It was embarrassing when Will Forrester returned as a Bolton player. Let’s show a bit of class and for those who have said they’ll boo, just keep quiet, whilst the rest of us show some appreciation.

But I’m a vale fan and  is that not everyone’s criteria in here that you have to love the Vale to get any job related to the club ?

Bj, I love you, but its too big a job for a rookie, if you are going for it, a quality wingman will be a necessity; may I suggest Nip, errr no, forget it 😂😂😂😂😂

Draw probably keeps us in touch and can’t see Carol pulling the trigger (should do though) with a point so probably helps neither side. Need points now though. A win might paper the cracks but a boost in confidence might just see us start to tick the points tally over a bit over the coming weeks.

Lose today and with fixtures to come looking tough our season could be over by Christmas with us dead and buried so a lot at stake.

I wouldn't personally take the first banner stating 150+ points at full value if (talking entirely hypothetically) I had less than 150 points but wanted to buy a ticket right now. They DEFINITELY haven't had tickets available for those with say 65 points all day...

Carol stated that she only spoke to one person & that after speaking to him for several hours she knew he was the one. I was in the Valiant Suite when she made that statement.

Besides putting out a national advert and interviewing candidates I'm not sure what else a club can do. Ultimately it then goes down to either someone being good at interviewing; or their track record. Moore did have a good record and was first choice for most one vale fan posters. Ironically my choice would have been Derek Adams; recently unemployed,  now at Plymouth.

Speaking to more than one person for a start. Having a vision of what kind of team we want to be and doing some due diligence.

The magical tactician has chosen his line up with just one change to the bench. Makes sense after our sparkling display against Wycombe.
