Does anybody know if the match is being shown in any pub in Burslem tomorrow?

Don't think it's been televised as its a 3 o clock kick off

I think Sky are showing all the games because it is the last game of the season.

We will certainly be fined but we would not be deducted points, sadly no matter how many times it gets said fans will still go on the pitch especially if we win the title...... Just out of interest what has changed because when i was a teenager it was never an issue running on the pitch last home game plus when we have won promotion or stayed up away from home........ I mean now at 53 by the time i got to the pitch it would all be over 🙂

I am in no way sticking up for anyone going on the pitch by the way just wondering what has changed..... I even remember going on the pitch could of been late 80's last game v Grimsby and the police horses came on then watching as one nugget decided to head butt a police horse nearly knocking himself out(police horse didn't flinch by the way).

Let’s all enjoy the day and be sensible................ STAY OFF THE PITCH...... not that anyone will listen

It became a criminal offence in the 1991 football offences act which brought in all seater stadiums as well following Heisel, Hillsborough etc.

It's a shame that the youth of today don't get to run on after the last game of the season. I used to get a buzz out of it as a kid.

And???  Why does that require a pitch invasion which will cost the club money?  Madness. We won promotion last week and there was no pitch invasion.

This is not me being an absolute grump, but what is the big obsession with running on the pitch? I mean, really, just why?

We’ve been asked not to do it, told that we’ll get sanctioned for it, and yet some people just can’t help themselves and I really don’t understand why.

Basically anyone who goes on tomorrow deserves a lifetime ban in my opinion, because they aren’t a proper Vale supporter when it’s been made clear their actions will have repercussions for the club.

Anyway, enjoy the day everyone (in the stands and not on the pitch). Really wish I was going, be a great atmosphere 😪

“Some people are on the pitch,

they think it’s all over

well it is now…

…as England have been kicked out due to a pitch invasion. German win the World Cup!”

Tbf, Rory didn't go last week.

I think he only wants to go on to give Big Daz a hug and a kiss anyway.

You can’t reason with these people jacko  (not necessarily saying Rory here). I’ve tried on twitter, it’s like talking to a brick wall.

Running on the pitch in 2025 is clasted as a criminal offence. But surely common sense should come into play, when the away team GILLINGHAM their die hard fans will not looking for confrontation with Vale fans. Unlike the play offsemi final versus SWINDLE TOWN, who dislike Vale and realistically same as apparent with Vale. It's all politics surely if fans behave and are on the pitch to celebrate their team's success only.

Moving on "LOVE ALL THE COMMENTS" in respect of "DAZ FRED", a genuine VALE fan. LOVE your comments and you for me are a "TRUE DYEDIN THE WOOL VALE FAN". Hope your health improves.

Like DAZ FRED I won't be at VP. But mainly as a GRASSROOTS FOOTBALL REFEREEING and for me it is my last weekend of the season. Would have made the effort to secure a ticket had promotion been dependent on the game and although the league two title will be the icing on the cake and a fantastic reward for all involved with PVFC. My main target was promotion and NOT the play offs.

Best wishes to all PVFC fans who will be either in BURSLEM or at VP celebrating a hard earned and well deserved promotion.

Running across the pitch and chasing the players off up the tunnel ......unbelievable.....Small things I suppose

Being a football fan nowadays is no way as enjoyable as it used to be.
