Rubbish

don’t know why we bother - still need 20 points for safety 😂

Not our best performance today but it was compounded by a shockingly inept referee.

Nathan Smith deserves a game. It's time.

He’ll play Tuesday probably

1 goal attempt they had and scored Shorrock and Debrah switched off .

Absolutely overall very poor display today.

Play like you want win

Playing for a 0-0 when folk travelled all that way

Looked leggy to me today .

Defence very good apart from the 2 players mentioned above

A very poor days work from Vale going forwards which is what should be our strength .

Gillingham are also quite a good side who've been on an unluckily poor run. It happens!

They're absolutely terrible. Squad ravaged by injuries. Playing them at a great time & we've not got off the bus.

Worst 90 minute performance of the season with one of the worst individual performances from Debrah you will likely ever see.

Heneghan the only one to come out with any credit. Won everything in the air.

Ref an absolute shower throughout.

Oh well.  Reset the team and start a new run of beating teams.

Gills management did their home work and some of our players were not playing like we know they can.

Some strange subs by DM and Co and that did not help Vale get an equaliser.

Ref and linesmen seemed to be favouring home side a lot more.  Felt if we scored the ref would find a reason to cancel it out.

Bring on the next game.

Still a 3 point cushion at the top so it’s not all doom & gloom. Big reaction needed away at Morecambe which won’t be easy! Stockley has his limitations & Hackford isn’t good enough. No way Tolaj & Paton should be warming the bench up so much. Onto Wrexham ️

Dismal and disappointing performance. Kind of woeful tbh [emoji1787]
All good things come to an end and we've had an amazing run, however we need to bounce back from this quickly.
Thought the tactics were all wrong today, but what do I know.
The goal conceded was truely dreadful [emoji849]

Agreed. I thought Croasdale was ok as well

I think today illustrates the “problem” with Moore’s style of play in that if you cancel the game down to fine margins, every now and then you’ll be on the wrong side of these. It sounded like we were unlucky with a couple of decisions and Stockley missing a sitter, but it’s felt like we’ve been under the cosh most of the game given how we set up. It’s hard to criticise DM bringing Chiz and Hackford on but it really didn’t feel like the sort of game for them, we needed someone to take the game to their defence which Tolaj & Paton would do. Midfield remains an issue for me. Irrespective of whether he was involved in the goal or not, I always felt Williams coming on would turn the game in their favour as he’d take charge of the midfield. Anyway, no real damage done, but not sure I’d fancy us with this midfield against either Walsall or Crewe if I’m honest. Need to see what Harper can do.

Not one positive performance to take from that.

Dreadful performance 1- 11 and the subs were even worse.

Thought we had seen the back of non league Jesse Debrah but bloody hell that was as bad as any performance I can remember. Hall and Heneghan weren’t much better either.

Thought DM got it badly wrong today with subs and formation.

Just hope today is one off.

Naff performance which looked like ending 0-0 then Moore brings our best 2 attacking players today off so that’s us definitely ending with the zero the step in Grant for his stupid dive and Debrah for not challenging a cross in to the box to allow some little <ovf censored> a gifted goal. Gillingham were very poor today but still managed to beat us, so that just goes to show how bad we were. In most games Debrah has been decent this season but I still fail to see how Moore thinks he is better than Smith, same can be said for Henneghan.

Post away, youth.

You don't have much of a sense of humour, do you?

I do.
I just don’t get how you give it Billy Big Balls and yet privately cry your eyes out because Valliaant was picking on you.

I will make you look stupid and then some so pipe down a bit.

I'm not sure there's a single lower-league manager, or any manager bar Pep Guardiola, who doesn't rely on low-margins. It's a low-margin sport with a lot of chaos and not a great deal of control. I couldn't name a League 2 team who don't rely on fine margins to win games.
