finally. I’m not having it that Deborah is a better footballer than Nathan smith. That was a hideous performance

We all knew we’d lose eventually but it’s disturbing that it’s happened against such a poor team. Moore has got virtually everything wrong today.

At last, you've found an opportunity ...

Finally brings them on and gives them not much time to do anything as the Gills will waste time like mad.

Even I can’t defend today. Poor from all involved unfortunately. Paton & Tolaj must be fuming!

Carry on and I’ll post them for the forum to see how pathetic you are.

Post away, youth.

You don't have much of a sense of humour, do you?

Always going to be a tough, tight game. These don't concede many. If you have one of those days where too many players are under par, you can always concede from a wonder goal or a mistake. Today has felt like one of them games where we badly missed pace up against an organised team. Now it's all about how we bounce back.

Awful performance

****!

That was the chance.

Tolaj wouldve buried that

This place will be toxic tonight 😂

Rediculous. We've been crap today. Don't look like scoring

Did you miss stockelys chance?

I have a gut feeling our run ends today.

This isn't because we're bad - we'll probably play pretty well again, as we're a good team with some really good players for the level. I think Garrity has recently begun excelling in the spoiler role and his presence will be missed.

There's a lot of variance in the 4th tier and the odd bounce can swing a result either way. We're winning a lot of games by tight margins and eventually we'll be on the wrong end of them. Them's the breaks. For every bit of fortune we clock up in Wimbledon spurning 3 good chances in succession late on, we're probably going to have to pay Lady Luck back later in the season.

Gills on a rubbish run, but they're losing some games by the odd goal and, again, that can flip with the rub of the green. They had 26 shots to 4 against Newport and lost 2-0. They drew against Swindon with an xG of 1.37-0.36. They're not getting battered. They'll end up winning a game because that's football.

Just got the feeling today. Most in-form vs most out-of-form. It would be a big 'eye-catching' result and a lot will react to it - I usually would. Just think variance is going to go against us eventually and today is possibly the day.

Was just quite obvious. Our luck and there luck wasn't going to be eternal.

We weren't going to keep winning games by the odd goal, and the opponents weren't going to keep missing decent chances with the game tight. It's 4th tier football.

We should have been comfortable with a penalty and Stockley's sitter, but that's football. We've got the rub of the green in some games and not got it today. The ref and liner have had poor games and we were nowhere near good enough to overcome a bit of bad luck. Even at the end, Chislett slide-tackled a much better placed Tolaj. It happens. Lady Luck, so generous in the last 10 vs Wimbledon, called round today to collect what we owed her.

Debrah was absolutely horrendous in every facet of his game, and it pains me to say it. Needs to get over it pronto because we can't be having to put up with that again this season. He's young but not a kid.

Garrity is a tremendous miss. You don't notice his positional intelligence and how much he does till he isn't there.

The subs were weird - Shorrock for Curtis (with Curtis probably the most dangerous attacker) with Tolaj and Paton on the bench? Not sure I get it. Hackford can nick a goal but is a passenger in every other part of the game. He's an 80th minute sub, not a 60th minute. Moore has won enough trust through his subs so we'll right today off as a gamble which didn't pay off.

Sang's audition in central midfield should end. Positionally a shambles and cannot pass water. Grant is a void on the left. I wasn't impressed at Harrogate and even less so today. Nothing ever happens near him. Anodyne. Hart and John can't get fit quick enough.

Just one of those days. When you win 8 out of 10 you have to take a sucker-punch. We weren't going to win forever. Hopefully a few lessons learned by Moore ahead of an important winnable game at Morecambe before the Walsall-Crewe fortnight which will be seismic.

This is a good team, results have gone our way with the draws, and we have to be able to take the Ls if we're going to crow over the silly winning runs. I'm one who overreacts easily but today doesn't worry me at all.

Not much to say about this one, Gillingham have 5 losses and a draw in their last 6 and we looked awful. Can't say it's the manager's fault really, if Stockley and Debrah had both done their jobs today we'd have won 1-0.

Gillingham are also quite a good side who've been on an unluckily poor run. It happens!

Hideous performance. A pub side would have been better on the ball than us and Gills today. Awful miss from Stockley, terrible subs from Moore. Tolaj should be starting every game. For me just start Chislett, Curtis and tolaj behind Stockley.

Deborah had an utter nightmare and imo is not a better player than Smith. Curtis did well, I thought Croasdale had a decent game as well.

Thought we would struggle today, but these were awful and we’ve just not turned up. Need a big reaction.
