There's no point voting, no point discussing it. Carol has said what she said in the open letter, he's never going to be sacked.

Vale fans have lost so much interested I doubt there is enough in the tank to mount any meaningful form of protest against him, so we will just continue with this sh!t as long as Carol allows it.

This mess was totally avoidable if the DOF had produced what he said , left back and 2x strikers . The DOF has produced an unbalanced squad with no goals in it , this for any normal employer would be deemed a capability issue which should lead to dismissal .

I think it is highly unlikely, he didn't quit at Bury did he? He is either so arrogant that he thinks it is everyone else's fault or he doesn't know what else to do and pride won't let him admit defeat.

It's hard to believe how Flitcroft's repeated abject failure can be perceived as incredible success by Carol. She seems to think she knows better than all the fans and somehow the league table is no reflection on super Dave. When we beat three League 2 teams and Fleetwood in the cup, somehow that's all down to him. Yet the car crash of the rest of the season is nothing to do with Mr Responsible for Everything, Accountable for Nothing and he's doing a magnificent job! You couldn't make it up.

The ship is sinking and the Captain doesn’t have a clue and is totally reliant on the first Lieutenant and has been for sometime, over seeing the ships demise. 
So I’ll say it and get slated by some, they both need to go. However no investor is going to purchase the club as I suspect someone will want an unrealistic price for the club. Said it sometime ago building up the infrastructure, to increase the value of the club.
