HAS it been OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED as one point each??

I'll BE amazed if so AS a club could survive on the last day of the season by pre prepared pitch invasions on the LAST game of a season!!??

Good point that, you’re probably right.

No a fan has colapsed

Hope the fan recovers and is being looked after.

Looks like this game is now going to be cancelled due to the Reading fans.  Flood lights turned off now and the fans are still there.

Doubt we’ll know until FA/EFL have checked their rules. Anyone know what the rule book says?

Reading fans not there to is there.  🤣

Its a long way to throw a Tennis ball

Wonder if our recruitment team are watching the fans on the pitch, as the commentators are saying some of them playing with footballs have a good touch.  🤣

Can only see Reading Club being fined and points reduction which will mean 1 slot for relegation will be sorted no doubt.

Just be nice for Vale to be given the 3 points for us to get closer to safety on a selfish reason.

  Allegedly...

Reading tanoy guy has just turned the fans against each other by saying you have a minute to get off the pitch.  This will not happen and in 65 seconds the match will be abandoned.

Is there a limit to how long the delay has to be before the game cannot be restarted?  It will soon be an hours since this all started....

West Brom were awarded a 3-0 I think when Sheffield Utd had 4 men sent off. Apart from that I have never know a 3-0 wipe out happen before or after. I am not even sure if West Brom were 3-0 up when it was abandoned.

Anyway, plenty of videos of the invasion on Twitter which I dunno if anyone anywhere refers to as 'X'. I haven't seen a single banner saying 'Dai you barstar'd'.

Utter <ovf censored> those still in the centre circle. No need for all of this

Bolton abandoned because of spectator taken critically ill. Think same thing happened at Orient earlier in the season when fan tragically died.

My guess is the match will be replayed. The fair thing would be to do it at Vale Park, so Vale fans who travelled don't have to go to Reading midweek. I suspect Reading will get an unprecedented points deduction,  20 or even 25 points. This has never happened before and they need to ensure it doesn't again.

The point about ownership is valid. The issue is owners tend to come in and splash the cash initially.  At some point for all but the biggest clubs they realise there isn't a profitable business. The money then dries up and it snowballs. FFP doesn't work as initially owners get around it by finding ways to inject money within the guidelines.  Clubs are then saddled with high running costs, which their revenue just can't support

This isnt about FFP or who gets the 3 points though, the issue is the EFL's worthless ownership requirements which allow rogue owners to tear the heart out of decent clubs.

As usual, its the fans that suffer.
