Crosby made baffling substitutions! Massey (best game he's had for us) and Arblaster (best player on the pitch) subbed off. 

I'm sick of seeing Vale lose. Flitcroft out!

Firstly, to the people giving Carol grief… bore off. She employed a man to be in charge of all things football because she knows that’s not her forte. Whether that man is up to it though we will find out very soon.

As for tonight’s game, we were in complete control until the 60th minute. The subs absolutely killed the game in so many ways.

sub 1 - Grant for Massey. Massey was actually played really well and constantly getting in behind on the right. Grant came on, didn’t do much, and then was subbed off at 90 mins. What the hell was the point in that. Why are we just trying to get minutes in players legs?! Just play the best team

sub 2 - we take Alfie and Ollie off. Our two best players. We replace them with a centre half (again, I assume to get minutes in legs) and a kid who, even though he has looked promising, is starting to show why he’s not there yet, and needs to get off his high horse in terms of that contract. Then Jason Lowe, who was playing well, moves into the middle and is completely ineffective. Our middle three ended up as 3 defensive midfielders, two of which we asked to push on and looked uncomfortable doing it. Who’s idea was all that?!

sub 3 -  Loft did okay when he came on, but he only actually kicked into life in extra time. Before that, it looked to be another disappointing night for him. Don’t blame him for the pen though. Chislett was putting in a great shift before he went off.

sub 4 - back to Grant. What a pointless sub. I’m actually so disappointed with that signing.young Ben tried when he came on but with him and Walter’s down the right we looked open. It says it all that we ended the game with essentially 5 centre halves on the pitch.

 

I’m so annoyed that we lost that game. Stevenage didn’t look a good side, they were just effective where it mattered.

Our squad is full of league 2 players and that's where we're heading. Take out the loan lads and really what have we got left, home grown promising youngsters who are not yet up to the standard needed in this division and nobody with any pace or skill. God help us if Ben Garrity ever picks up a long term injury. Can't remember the last time I came home from a game where it was enjoyable and exciting.

Grant was mentioned though by the medical staff could only play half hour 

We'll never know how bad their 'knocks' were but what I do know is that with them on the pitch we would be more than likely in the draw for the third round.

Just for the record, neither Flitcroft nor Carol made those substitutions. At 60 minutes everybody was celebrating a super performance, then Crosby has a complete brain fog.

At the beginning of Tom Sang's interview, he sums up what we all thought about tonight. He comments about having a strong foothold, especially when 2-0 and then we invite pressure. Down to Crosby! The players know!

Even Norman got us promoted from league 2 and a higher position than where we are. Hardly a great job she’s done is it? 
 

And before you start I couldn’t stand Gormless Norman! Some people think the sun shines from Carol’s backside but she’s not done the job on here done think. 
 

Some people think she’s immune from criticism. She making loads of mistakes and she’s taken us far as she can.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. To me, does that make Crosby the most insane manager we've had since Jim Gannon who as just batshit crazy and a genuine narcissist.
