    No - please no - when ever that happens to our manager, we go on a bad run for a couple matches.  

    After the first game, the staff and players are turning it around and they deserve the credits.

    Well fought victory for Vale, another demonstration the Barnsley game was an aberration.

    Ojo is a far better and much more assured player than last season, he controlled the midfield for me, ably abetted by Arblaster, Clarke and Plant. Shout out for Cass who's had some stick recently but he was very good today as were all the defense.

    Shame the Yak didn't bury his chance 'cause that would have been the goal of the century.

    Chislett is a handful and great signing, he did well to get out of that game uninjured.

    10 pts from that tough start in August, magnifico, nose bleed  territory in the table.

    If only the season stopped tonight! 6th after an opening day hammering is quite unexpected. Thought Clark should have got man of the match. Cass had a good game defensively,  as did the other 2 in the back 3. Despite his goals James Wilson doesn't look comfortable upfront on his own. I'd also much prefer Plant on the right.

    We must be a much more attractive proposition for new signings. We need a left footer and at least one more forward, ideally 2. I'd also like us to try Wilson as one of 2 10s. If you go one upfront the player either needs to be able to hold the ball up, or stretch the defence. 

    Crosby deserves to be manager of the month for the turnaround,  on a limited budget. It will almost certainly go to the Oxford manager, although for me Crosby and the Cambridge manager are more deserving as they have lower budgets.

    Quick recovery mate.  Bet the ref and linesmen didn't help you during the match.  3 points will tho.
