Pain in the backside to get to once in London. Previously I tend to get a bus from North Greenwich near the o2 arena, anyone reckon anything is a better option?

Not been since their Prem era and the ground looks very impressive these days as bigger than Millwall, Orient and even Palace.

London Bridge overground to Charlton Station...20 minutes.

I am traveling by train from Gravesend. Staying overnight there. £10 return, plenty of trains and 42 minute direct journey

That’s a great idea, although I know I’ll be coming in via Euston and enjoying London first.

We've prebought return tickets for Charlton from London Bridge. £5.40 return. Bargain. London Bridge Underground is on the Northern line, direct from Euston, so no changes required.

I’m driving then heading to the North East after the game!!

Someone at last Saturday’s game was saying that parking at the ground was £45 on match days, and that’s without the congestion charge.  Different world that there London is. I’m parking in Hertfordshire (Royston) and going by rail - £21 return.

I'm doing tube from Euston square to Farringdon then Thameslink to Charlton, takes just under an hour.
