Funny isn't it, one thread discussing how poor wages are in Stoke compared to the national as a whole, another thread slating the RMT for trying to fight for more money for there members during a cost of living crisis and record profits for rail companies.

Record profits for Rail companies that are owned by foreign governments that are subsidised by our government no less. 

The decline of Unions has led to the decline in real term wages after all, without collective bargaining workers are bound to get shafted

They're selfish bastards. That's the bottom line. I'll personally never work in an industry where my pay is determined by group negotiations through a union. It's pathetic. Those who deserve a pay-rise never actually end up getting what their performance deserves, whilst propping up those who are useless and lazy. It happens in the NHS, it happens in teaching, and it happens on the railways.

You'll be fine everywhere except the South Stand (next to away fans), with the North Stand being the least populated (behind opposite goal). Best (and most expensive) seats in the Toyota.
