As much as alsager whites has overreacted since his appearance on here I’ve got to agree with him on this regarding loaning stoke players it’s not the best move for our fans who have a lot of stoke mates they will just take the piss more than they already do we are fighting back towards them and they know it 

A loan announced with the view of a permanent move after will be ok for me but just loans for the future stars is a no go from me

It's a good debate. For me I don't have any issue taking a Stoke player on loan, if he Improves us at the time of the loan then I'm all for it. 

As for Stoke fans taking the pìss, if he does turn into some great player for them in the future, then it's obvious.... it's because the mighty Vale developed him 😂

Will Forrester would be an excellent signing, great prospect. When he got into stokes 1st team, back end of the season before last, scored a few… stoke fans thought he was the next big thing. Would be awesome to land him

If it's true that a player from Trentham Lakes is prepared to leave and sign a permanent deal at Vale they will be in meltdown - it would also be the sign of a strong character - I'm hoping it is true and if so I don't believe for one minute it would be a loan as I'm sure he's out of contract

Hoppers is a lover, not a hater - If I had to hate something, I would hate their fans, not the players, but personally I couldn't give a low flying pig.

I'm not sure but the fact that he isn't mentioned at all in their retained list suggests to me that he's under contract for at least another 12 months

Massey is a solid signing at this level and fits the pattern we've seen before - a player who can operate in a number of positions. 

He played the majority of last season at RWB, but can also play in a more advanced role as he did earlier in his career.

I wonder what it means for Wozza? I doubt Massey has come to sit on the bench.

We need to develop a better relationship with Stoke, ok they are our rivals, but other teams have benefited by having young Stoke players, either on loan or signed, so why shouldn’t we.

If a 'better relationship' means letting them spend loads of money on a fancy academy only for us to pick up some of their prospects at 21 then I'm all for it.

Permanent deals, yes. Loans that ultimately help them, no.
