Another poor performance from our defence again.  Forward play is ok, we desperately need a decent defence midfielder to break up the play and track runners from midfield and just play a simple ball to those a little more skilful like Griff used to do an a centre back with some pace. After today’s performance I would be tempted if Gibbon is not fit would be Smith to right back and Legge and the new lad in the centre.

    Problem is if you do that you need another pair of fullbacks to cover for them while they are injured for 50 pcent of the games ... so in effect you need 4 first team full backs which is difficult given budgets... for me we have some promise with a few of our younger players but we carry too many injury prone players.... tough as it may seem that’s where we need to start with any kind of cull... a constantly injured player is no use to us even if they are worth their place when they fit.

    Shocking effort again today, defensively how do they train during the week... there’s absolutely no urgency to get out at the ball, from minute 1 we’ve looking flat!

    Hes nowhere near good enough to be playing league 2 football yet not saying he doesnt have potential but hes deffo not ready

    We had a cracker mate by the name of Grant who the majority on here called lazy and disinterested.

    Picking on the wrong people there imo. Young lad making his way in his first season in the football league. I think he’s been one of our brightest players today. There’s certainly been many worse on the pitch.
