I am not a fan of Smurf either but at the moment we are stuck with him. Something needs to be done to get rid of that clown Brown who is ruining our club now.

Complete no brainer, a guy who incredibly has not worked for over 12 months. Yes he FAILED at Sheff Utd but so did everybody bar Wilder.

That man is Nigel Adkins, come on down. Proven lower league manager who knows the Leagues and players.

The only cheap foreign players are the ones Brown got rid off.

The window has closed so the only cheap players are ones not good enough to get fixed up with a club.

With regards to managers sice Horton MA ececpted we have had a load of cheap chancers and non of them have been any good. A lot of tbe experiaced managers have fat bank accounts due to massive pay offs so is tbe hunger there, not many of these seem to do that well. We may do better looking at the National league for a manager some one who knows his stuff and been around a while. After watching Billericay play the net its worying as they would hammer us , even Didcot a few leagues below played some very good football, would worry about playing them! The way things are going the National league beckens, we just cant seem to stop the rot. Can,t score can,t defend, no confidence on a real downward spiral,not a good time to be a Vale fan in fact down right embarrassing.

One thing's for sure, if we lose our next two, and he's still manager by the time we play forest green rovers, I reckon that'll be our lowest ever league crowd!!
