This is a lesson I have learned myself the hard way. MK is a WUM, what he wants is people to write these types of messages. If everyone just ignores him then his made up rumors just drift away.

True, and I am frustrated with the lack of progress too,

I hope we sign the right players though, and there are still 17 days left for ST sales at the lower rate.

It really is important to get the signings right this time after last summer, and though I log on every day and sigh a bit that there are no new signings, I try to tell myself that in this situation patience is needed.

In the worst case, even if some ST sales are lost, I would still rather wait for the right players to sign than panic and get unsuitable signings that possibly sign long-term contracts then fail to perform.

Let's face it, we're not going to sell many after June 30th because of the huge leap in the cost (£70?).

 

So you'd think they'd go hell for leather to shift as many as possible this month. At least, that's what any half-decent operation would try to do.

 

We have to assume that ticket sales at Vale, like in the Premier League, are an insignificance.

Was Knopps cruciate? if so i'd say forget him altogether this season. Be a year job from his injury . Shame as was a steady eddie type.

Same as last year when the now departed Dave Johnson kept promising signings which never seemed to materialise. Why don't they just keep quiet instead of broken promises
