Why would be in admin? The main (only?) creditor would be NS. We're not "insolvent" as long a he continues to lend money to the club..we're still a going concern. If he called in the loans and the club could not pay them and we went into admin he'd get a fraction of what he's owned..if anything.

 

Anyway another admin and the punishment would be huge....the club would be worthless.

 

For me NS has a huge incentive to keep us out of admin

He'd be much better off sellIng and a lower price now and getting back some of his money, than putting us in admin and getting a fraction

All separate running their own small businesses, on the board of a football club with a model that, whilst it was set up with the interests of the club at heart, hindered and limited investment to an extent that those in charge were able to manipulate it.

 

I know you didn't support V2001 by the way, I'm simply quashing any kind of comparison that people are making on the basis that Synectics are Vale fans. V2001 had no where near the resource and support within their small businesses to support the running of the club in the way that Synectics can. They also didn't have the modern set up that is growing their business and attracting customers worldwide.

 

All of the skills that we require in this day and age are there with Synectics. The fact that they're Vale fans means that they also bring that emotional attachment not only to the club but the surrounding area.

 

Everything about them appears perfect as far as I can see. The sooner they take over the better. Unfortunately we have this clown in charge for now, and we have his spoilt child coming on here winding fans up throughout one of our darkest times. Their whole approach to the fans and customers they need to ensure any kind of return on their investment / loan, show they simply don't have the intelligence or competence to run the club properly long term.

The club is not worth anywhere near what Scumthwaite is asking and any responsible buyer would only pay what it is worth.anyone who thinks that just because they are Vale fans that they should pay Barmy Norman's asking price is as mad as he is.

Of course not, barmy money is only paid when 2 or more bidders are in the market for the same item.

I wouldn't say its easy but they showed it can be done. Norman has done very little to maximise non matchday revenue, if he had then turnibver would be much higher and the club would be in a better position
