I think Synectics should play the waiting game. let Norman bring the club to it's knees again and then buy it cheap from the administrators. I suspect that the rumoured sale to the American/Canadian consortium is just an attempt to get them to raise their offer.

I fully agree.

Carol is a 'community' type person and is heavily involved in Swan Bank and the local community. She is very keen on promoting Burslem, is self made, a charity worker, hard working, and to add to her credentials is a true Vale fan. Everyone at Swan Bank greatly admires her, as do her employees and I am sure she would make a much better job of running PVFC than our present owner.

And yes, I know she is still very interested.

 

Synectics may still be interested and may well be the perfect fit for us but it's all about the 'beef'?

I need some guidance here, but it seems to me the FA would not support us going into 'Administration' again.

It seems to me the older sets of fans qould be happier with it. It seems that PVFC has given up and would love tl reside embarrasingly in non league. There was me thinking L1 was a **** division.

Why would be in admin? The main (only?) creditor would be NS. We're not "insolvent" as long a he continues to lend money to the club..we're still a going concern. If he called in the loans and the club could not pay them and we went into admin he'd get a fraction of what he's owned..if anything.

 

Anyway another admin and the punishment would be huge....the club would be worthless.

 

For me NS has a huge incentive to keep us out of admin

It would not be embarrassing ..we have no right to be in the league. NS might be embarrassed at having to explain to his business mates how he made such a horlicks of running PVFC...although he could probably just blame the fans for not being loyal enough
