I don't know about 4-4-2 being madness. They're a very direct team with two old fashioned centre halves. If we can get the ball down the channels and drag them away from each other we might have half a chance.

 

As for the two penalties last night, the first one was soft but the second the defender started putting his arms round him from behind he was in trouble. The second one was a clear pen for me, a soft foul to give away but a foul nonetheless. Their player tried to make it look shoulder to shoulder.

Bolton on a good run not conceded in 5 or 6 games but I've got a gut feeling we might upset the form guide. as long as we play like we did 2nd half against oxford. play Thomas just behind reggie and play more direct to him.

Sometimes despite a team supposedly having better players you're just suited to the way they play and can cope with it. Depends on selection and formation but I've a feeling whoever plays will want to put on a good show against Bolton
