2016/2017 Season Tickets

Assuming that Smurf gets a buyer and that the sale goes through by the end of February as he has said is a possibility. Is there a guarantee over the published 2016/2017 season ticket prices being honoured? Or could a new owner review this, bearing in mind that there would still be a few months left of the current season and new owners may have new ideas.

New owner(s) could respect existing arrangements, possibly include in sale agreement, who knows? The number of tickets sold will be known by the end of January, probably the uncertainties will reduce sales of the instalment plan, otherwise the bulk of STs will be in May/June time when the situation is hopefully clearer.

I'm seriously hoping the club isn't sold separately. If it is, I'm assuming that all income from ground advertising, corporate events, weddings and maybe even the club shop will be into the ground owners pocket and not the football clubs. I recall this being an issue when our neighbours ground was part owned by Stoke council and the club only receive a small part of the income.

I went this morning to renew mine, buy a ticket for Wigan and book bus at same time and came away with nothing.

Probably my own fault for not keeping up with the cash only for a deposit for the s/t. now call me old fashioned but the sooner this club gets into the current century the better, they tried to explain to me it is how the account has been set up, what a load of chonacks.

Why o why is everything with PVFC so difficult for its costumers, out of a matter of principle being as the chairman is so confident that the sale of my beloved PVFC will happen before the end of Feb, here is one s/t holder for some considerable time that will not be parting with another penny whilst the current regime is in place, why should I will pay full amount if I have to just out of principle, & I will make my own way to Wigan and pay cash at the turnstile.

Enough said rant over I am going the match now.

Does seem strange, surely only a matter of a few days to set up a separate bank account with electronic access. Cant see how a FC would be sold faster than an old house. But what do I know?

It clearly says on the info when paying in installments that first payment is in cash , so cant blame Vale , if it hadnt stated that on the info fair enough.

Just been down this afternoon to sign up for the standing order payments as well. Had to complete 2 forms and then was told cant pay be card! I asked why. Response - "we have opened a new bank account and the card machine does not put cash into it". I asked what options there were to be told "cash or no renewal". I therefore walked out. Who pays cash for anything these days? I buy a pint in my local on card. To me this does not sound right. Smuff looking to sell the club by end of Feb and opening an "alleged" new bank account for cash only payments. Maybe been watching to many American fraud programs on Sky but seems a bid dodgy to me!

I renewed earlier in the week. every season ticket info iv seen states that its cash on the 1st instalment for the monthly plan. so shock horror I braved a visit to the dreaded cash machine! :censored::censored:

truly unforgivable act by the club I love!

are people really refusing to renew because they don't want to go to a cash machine????? if you don't want to renew.....don't. its completely your choice. but some of the reasons people come out with are getting straight up strange.

There is a sign on the window where you would have stood to ask for your season ticket forms that says cash/cheque for the first payment. It also says the same thing on the application form which you were filling in.
