2016/2017 Season Tickets

Oh dear.

Personally I'd rather watch Vale than a Premier League match at the same price. The Premier League is soleless, a global television circus. I prefer the real world of football where fans matter and actually make a difference.

Exactly , I'd hate to be in the Premier , when your fixtures you've planned to go are changed on a whim............oh hang on a min.?

It is very good offer. Let's face it, Smurf isn't letting this club down, all those fans who were happy to come in their thousands to watch rubbish league 2 stuff even though we got promotion are. Truth be told our promo season was largely down to the combined efforts of Pope/Hughes. As a team our current side is far better to watch.

From a personal standpoint, the football i have witnessed this season, especially away from home (bury in particular) has been the most unadventurous pile of rubbish i have witnessed in 30 odd years of going.

I hope for the people who have traveled today that we at least muster up a shot on goal.

To be honest I would rather wait to see if Page is still here what affect are the reduced budget on the team.

If Page perseveres resigning his buddies and wasting money keeping a massive squad who sit on the sidelines every week I can't see us doing any better than last year. We need a smaller squad of quality players who can improve the team. I suppose Norman will try his usual trick of hanging on for the bargain buys who no other club needs or wants. You have paid your money so are left high and dry.

I have attended the Vale for 30 years and always paid on the gate until we had the £180 season ticket offer if we sold 5000. I bought my first one as a result of this offer and have had one since so it got me hooked. I will have one for next season and any discount I get off the full price will be greatly accepted. Do I think the latest offer will draw in new customers like the £180 offer did, no not in significant numbers.

Five payments of £70 a throw is a fair chunk of change for the average SoT working bloke... especially if he has kids and a mortgage.

If 3,000 isnt reached will pay on the day go up to cover the shortfall?... or are they going to increase anyway?

What do you want him do give them away??

U can afford but choose not to put nothing in to help your so called club but come on here with your crap I'm sorry geo but your really winding me up again and I see no comment on the post match thread again

Folk generally have more cash the early months of the year as u get a couple of months where u pay no council tax .

A monthly direct debit would suit most folk that's what me Stoke supporting mates pay ,surely this should be the route Vale take .

Think I may have one again ,not cause I want go every game cause I don't cause I love the Vale that's why .

Still think they should have a very cheap end at Vale ,if I was running the club that's what I'd be doing but I aren't so it ain't up to me .

All the empty seats says I'm right a business man should want fill some of them seats .

No excuses try fill them .

A couple who want there child to go socialise ( going the match is a social event a very enjoyable one occassionally ) and they know they can get rid of there two teenage children for a fiver each in the bycars end only .

Also if word spreads how cheap it is folk will come I'm sure of it .

The only time I've known Vale market a game was v Burton ,selling tickets up Hanley and because it was cheap as folk came ,a lot of them have no real love of Vale but they came.

Do u c what I'm getting at !!!

20,000 Stoke fans can afford it. You can either afford it or you can't. If you can't don't have one. But don't moan about a monthly payment scheme which is designed to make the purchase more affordable for fans rather than being asked to cough up £340 in one go.

They have a 12 month payment plan. Not sure how many use it, at least half of my mates that are are stoke fan use the 12 month payment plan.

Not everyone is good with saving money to pay upfront, I know some are and it's just as easy to put to one side and not touch it but people dip into etc. For 2 adults and 2 juniors it's £960 which is a big chuck of money in one payment, even with the 5 month plan it would be £192 a month.

Vale just don't offer good value for customers and don't offer helpful packages, the club should be doing all it can to encourage individuals/families to attend
