I like Clyne at right back but that's about it. Maybe Cahill and Jones should be given a chance together but I see opta says it should be Jags and Cahill.

Same old ****. Some good players in there but still the same old crap players who don't perform for their club! Stop selecting jagielka, smalling, Carrick and even the likes of walker, shaw and Baines. Where are all these talented players we have? The Ings, berahino, Austin, stones ect... Really happy that Kane is in but more should have been added.

Rooney, Sturridge, Kane, Sterling, Walcott, Chamberlain and Welbeck are an absolute handful for any side going forward if used correctly.

 

Very average at the back but Stones should progress into a very good defender, perhaps Chambers too.

Kane looks a real prospect for England, hope Rooney should plays just behind him.

 

Ironic that we have good forwards but the defense, especially the central defenders look average.

Personally, that would be my team from the squad selected. Central midfield is very weak. I don't feel Barkley has the discipline to play anywhere but a number 10 role. Henderson is technically dreadful, I can't see what he brings to the team apart from running around a bit, he's a bottom half Prem player at best. We have enough attacking quality and pace to hurt teams however.

What an absolute pile of nonsense. His technical ability has improved massively in the last 18 months or so. He wouldn't have scored the goals he has or got the assists he has this season if he could 'just run around a bit'. Absolutely clueless.
