Liverpool rob dogs

A Monday Night match, live on telly, against a mid table team (Newcastle) and they are charging the away supporters £52 per ticket. But if you can't afford that, don't worry, you can have what is described as a "severely restricted view" ticket for a mere £47. What on earth is the justification for those sort of prices???

They will charge that price until people stop paying that price. That's their justification.

I take it the 'restricted view' is in Stanley Park. The more they get the more they want.Stop paying the prices,as you said rob dogs.

Tickets are worth what people are prepared to pay. However, it's hard on Newcastle fans who follow their club away..they usually have to travel long distances and then they get asked to pay thru the nose like this; I'll bet there are 100s who would love to go to this game but just can't afford to. The only way to stop it is to refuse to pay..if they don't buy them then the price will drop.

Earlier this season the most in demand tickets at Anfield were the ones for seats that don't face the pitch.

I've had the misfortune to sit in one of those seats. It's an absolute farce, forget the romantic notion of Anfield being a "proper football stadium", it is an absolute dump and the facilities for the away fans are a scandal (like Goodison Park and Villa Park to name just another couple):

I've sat in that end as well. It's a complete pig hole.

I've been to Anfield a few times.Mostly in the stand which nobody sees on the TV.I once went on the Kop.I got to my seat and noticed a wallet on the floor.Honest me shouts out "Has anyone lost a wallet?".What a mistake.;)
