Some people are determined not to give Smurthwaite credit whatever he does. Please listen to what he says and stop making it up and think where would we be without him. If a contract has been offered, Adams must be given time to take professional advice on the details and go back to Smurthwaite and negotiate. I imagine his contract does not run out until the end of June as with players contracts, so Adams is still the manager of Port Vale. Contract negotiations should be done in private not public and should not be subject to a running commentary.

Too good for either us or you, if we're being honest. We may sign him on the back of him seemingly enjoying his loan spell, but on ability, he should be playing for a top 6 side in this league minimum, if not lower end Championship.

Shocking tbh,very over rated..struggles to tackle and if you are looking for a player to control a game or seek out a good pass he is not for you,League 2 level at his best imo and that's trying to be kind to him.

 

I would try and go for Anthony Griffith if I was you,wrongly released imo,now he would be the complete package for you and would suit your style of play
