After he tried to sign a keeper this morning and the football league told him Vale had a transfer embargo,he will be gone sadly.I can't believe the club let him proceed without letting him know!!Then it is Port Vale:banghead:

 

If he does go, I reckon his first interview after leaving will be very interesting. It will be fascinating to hear his take on how the club is run.

Smurf was at Bristol on Tuesday. The Sentinel reported that he left early. I do hope he did not do anything drastic after witnessing that and pleased that he did not witness the confrontation between Adams and the "fans". Adams needs to remember what happened to Cantona and even to Clough after confrontations with fans. I do not condone the efforts of the "supporters" who turned on the team and manager in the face of adversity but Adams has sought confrontations before and is apparently willing to spread discord as long as it is non-attributable. He must not be allowed to award any contracts for next season until his own position is sorted out.

It's not Lodeys fault if people haven't been paid. The Police, Ticketmaster, Sondico, agents, Security/Stewards and decorators are all owed money if stories are to be believed.

 

Personally, I no longer believe a word that comes out of VP, regardless of its source.

 

I'm just relieved that I haven't or won't be handing over any season-ticket money.
