I’ll probably sleep on it and reevaluate my thoughts on for the future after the Rotherham game but just viewing the clubs overall comms throughout the game, Brady and Garrity post match, it all strikes me a little bit soft and it is a bit worrying.

I think for people angry they are picking up on it and seeing it in other ways as well. 

I’d like to see a bit more arrogance and determination. 

So let's get this right, we are way adrift in lge1, we have performed crap all season especially under Moore, our recruitment has been shambolic doubled down with panic signings in an attempt to turn it round in January.

So we've had a cup run beating a Premier  league side in the process,all but 8 in the country would give their right hands for and made a bit of money,  and we lose to the world club champions, 6th in the Premier league with a rag bag set up of players we all know won't be here next season, and yet the pearl wringers are out in force.

Who'd run a football club ?

I expected a battering but it’s the manner of the defeat that disappointed me. Of the 7 goals, 5 were easily avoidable. Gauci awful for two corners, and for the 3rd goal palms it two yards out right into the six yard box. Gordon fannying round for the second. And Magloire’s clumsy penalty where he may as well have been wearing clown shoes. Just terrible really.

In a game like this you can’t legislate for your keeper doing that 2 mins into the game. It’s dreadful.

I don’t want to see Gauci ever again. He is complete and utter <ovf censored>. Start Marosi or Arron Davies for the remaining games since we are down anyway.

We are too much of a soft touch as a club. Carol apparently was dancing at the end after we’ve just lost 7-0. Andre Gray coming over wearing a Chelsea shirt. I get we all expected a battering but you think they’d be a bit more embarrassed that we’ve just been absolutely spanked.

Annoys me as well seeing Jonathan Wilkes tweets where he was in the hospitality with Carol acting like he’s a fan. Why is ownership inviting local celebrities to go with them? They seem to get very enamoured with any sort of famous person, just like the ‘el presidente’ tripe.

<ovf censored> me off when they’re cosying up to people like him. He’s a plastic that’s probably not been a single other game this season. Meanwhile the rest of us been treated to a pile of crap all season and treated like mugs.

 

 

Didn’t start off too well for me, 6000 vale fans and the bloody drug sniffer dog has to pick me out, got pulled out of the queue had to empty every thing onto a table then searched. Obviously didn’t find anything.

I hate this modern trend, Man Citys Cherki did it today and sat on the bench wearing a Ekitike's Liverpool shirt, the vast majority don't give a stuff about the club they play for or heaven forbid it's supporters, I hate the modern game, it seemed to me years ago the players were representing me on the pitch, now I'm beginning to think I'm being taken for a mug.

Did Gray touch the ball? How long was he on for, jogging around? He looks like the bloke I see when I'm out walking the dog.. shoved out of the house by his missus and told to something for 20 minutes or so before being called in when his tea is ready.

I honestly expected a 10-0 thraping so 7 with a dodgy penalty is better than I expected.

Zero complaints, they are light years ahead of us.

We definately need to spend on a decent keeper, Alnwick,Neale Brown.....somebody from that mold, build from the back, two big nasty 6ft4inch centre halves and 4-4-2. 

The season is now over, time to experiment for next season. 

Well done to the 6,000 traveling fans, you sounded great on TV.

I was in block 4 15/148 and surrounded by drunks, during the game I could hear 'Chelsea rent boy' being shouted numerous times, a lady near me was heard complaining about racist remarks and when Chelsea scored their third a fist fight ensued between Vale fans with no security in sight. All this happened right by me and as I went to get help more fans moved in to fight. Police were only seen near the exit to block 4 and were very slow to react. I'd had enough and left the ground at half time, never been so embarrassed to be a Vale fan. Managed to get an earlier than planned National Express coach home, so for me it was a day of six hours coach travel for 40 minutes of football.
