No, that result was all down to the players. They got the chance to show what they can do when played correctly. Just like at Luton. Smith had the situation forced on him. He had to do something positive after the sending off. Do you really think he would have changed things if not for the sending off.

Maybe FD would like to find my posts from the archives where I've often mentioned the goals and assists that Curtis provides ?

Curtis should be in the side way more often. A clever footballer with a brain.

He's not a Guppy or Mccarthy type who stampedes down the wing. 

He's got an eye for a pass and an eye for goal.

The fact he's barely featured or been chucked on at wing back is a stain on our departed manager.

These players have seriously been mis-managed by Moore.

It's been criminal to see him benched or getting 5 minutes here and there. Stockley, Curtis and Heneghan should start virtually any league game. One thing you're guaranteed from all three is maximum effort.

Yeah, you can see that the players were full of happiness today and even during the warmup before kick off Ronan and Mo were full of smiles and laughs.

Mo is laughing at West Brom, Wrexham and Vale paying him to play football.

Haven't read the thread yet but a long time since I've left Vale Park,having watched  a league game, with a smile on my face. Yes OK their sending off turned the game but let's not forget we've  previously lost against 10 men. Great to see Hall maurading forward and causing their defence problems. Also had forgotten the words to Glad all over, it's that long since we've scored in the league. Hopefully with so many different scorers confidence will have been given a massive boost. Onwards and upwards.

There's a big difference between making changes and making the right changes, for that Smith deserves a lot of credit. DM wouldn't have been so positive thats for sure.
