Then it was bad business in the first place not to tie him in to a tighter contract.  If the club thought he had potential, which clearly it did, a more sensibly constructed contract would have ensured he stayed.  Presumably whoever put together his contract on signing im thought that a £1.2 mill release clause was good business.  Clearly not, with his scoring ability where would we be in the league now?  I rest my case.

Exactly my argument when he was sold 1.2m nowhere near enough it should have been sorted in the summer.
all I got on here was “how do you know the club didn’t try to sort it” same reason thee can’t sort out a proper manager same reason thee can’t sort out proper director of football.

Matchday experience:

1. I would just like to see us score a league goal at home.

2. Win a home league game.

3. Play attacking football.

I could go on but I would be here all day writing what I think.

But were you happy with how friendly the turnstyle operator was or the cleanliness of the concourse??? Did you you hear any offensive language in / around the ground, and if reported were you happy with how it was dealt with??

These are the real big issues. Not being 10 points adrift at the bottom of the league.

DoF - we have been down there and it did not work - he just took the money which could have been used on the pitch.  Please say what Fraudcroft actually achieved and myself and others will change our views.

Agree with the Head of scouting - does he and his team actually watch the players more than twice.

We do need a DoF otherwise we have Carol choosing another manager and potentially ending up in the same position as were are now. Just because Fraudcroft was a waste of time does not mean there are not good DoFs out there, it’s the same with the manager we will replace Moore. The one similarity between the recruitment is neither Moore or Fraudcroft went through a proper recruitment process and neither had an interview before being offered the position.

I didn't even get the email this morning asking for feedback @Biddulph_PV so I can't fill it in but if I did I would have been listing my complaints.

We would be doing better with Tolaj still here, but not massively so.  Because our football and tactics are poor, which is down to DM.  It was embarrassing how Peterborough outplayed us for 70% of the game yesterday.  We were chasing shadows.  When we did win the ball back it was like 'school yard' football.  Embarrassing.

Yet we still created some decent half chances, but they missed even better ones.

A fair summary of yesterday's game, I agree that apart from the 20 mins at the beginning of the 1st half and possibly the first 10 mins of the second half, we were second best! Difficult to criticise the work put in by Croasdale & Walters individually, but for me, they're doing same defensive role leaving us without any creativity going forward.

Similarly, I don't know where you're getting it from he isn't?

He spends time with the academy and foundation education squads, with the women's team and is clearly close to his family and guided by his faith. You don't walk the great Wall of China to raise money for charity because you're a scumbag.

He won't walk away because managers don't walk away these days. Their agents tell them not to because they don't get the payout. If you were in a job, and you were underperforming, yet the employer didnt sack you, wouldn't you keep turning up and taking the money? You don't have to be an unpleasant person to do what anyone else would do in that situation.

I think time is up, and he should go, but he won't resign because hes probably been advised not to. Its incumbent on Carol etc to act if things have to change.

He can be a decent person, but tactically inept, the same goes for people like Crosby, John Askey towards the end etc.

fair enough as I asked prove it.

What I would say however, it is always excuses and we will put things right, never 'I am wrong' nor any apology to the paying fans for the dross dished out.

I would say most employees who underperform try to do better, and therefore is he trying and failing because he is inept?

Hindsight is wonderful, have you not thought he would have demanded more money if we had insisted on a higher release fee, or if not gone to another club. He has gone, we did well out of him. Some players we sign don`t come off. Dozens of players I regret going, that is football.

I agree.  But it's not just hindsight.  Good management and business is having foresight and my point is that there wasn't enough of this when signing him originally!

Because she picked a crook that wasn’t hard to see was it bill bury fans were calling him a fraud long before he came to us.
She hasn’t got a clue of how to run the club playing wise none whatsoever it’s bad appointment after appointment.

Whatever your thoughts, I suspect your written accusations of DF could well be construed as libellous, so recommend a little constraint in your wilder accusations.

Is Faal worse than Loft? Serious question. Was having a debate with my dad but we couldn’t decide.

I would say he is, and that takes some doing. At least Loft put effort in. Faal waltzes about like he's going for a Sunday afternoon stroll.

We can’t keep having this discussion.

Flitcroft being bad should not mean the DoF model has to be ignored.

We need a Director who is in charge of the football things above the level of a manager, who makes all recruitment and long-term strategic choices beyond the 2 year cycles of managers - in other words, a Director of Football.

Someone with good experience at a clever club is obvious - not a Brent impersonator who came for the manager’s job.

Don’t let Flitcroft blind you to the concept that we need someone at director level to run the football club who has experience in running football clubs.

Someone like, for example, Derek Adams who Plymouth turned to and havent looked back since. They acted decisively and effectively when they were bottom of the league and it's paid off big time. What absolute mavericks they have running their club.

Not quite sure what was worse today…….our defending, the substitutions, Peterborough’s finishing or the linesman nearest to the paddock.

Darren Still being Our Manager is Worse than all of the above , just saying 🤔

My marks

Amos 7

Clark 7

Henegan7

Hall.was playing very well couldnt believe he went off what was is injury?

Headley 6

Waine 5

Walters 6

Croasdale 5

Hall 8

Cole 4

Paton 4

After a start where waine should head in ,and then Cole should put halls cross  away, both made by the excellent G Hall and lively Clark ,Waine put one straight at keeper thats  in first 13 mins when C Hall on ,Paton had one deflected wide after that apart from Debrah volley which if he was playing for a top of the league team it flies in ,and Cole second half from yet another quality ball in which really he should head in you gotta say they were the better side and deservedly won

All these injuries are not helping missed G Byers today, the list just gets longer and longer .

How did Rauri stay on not involved today,at all for me today , why not bring shipley on for him and Cole for the love of Vale he is not the answer could have changed it and had stockley up there on his tod he certainly holds the ball up better than anyone else i havent seen Cole have one good home game yet where i think damn we lucky have him,Tolajs workrate alone he is miles better than him .

Lost all hope now very disappointed that once again a bad substitution has lost us the game why not bring lomax on .

We dont play like a team desperate score if going play high press every player got to be at not just for first 13 minutes for the whole game .

When was the last time a player drove into the box ,and got brought down ,surely Moore could see that once C Hall had departed the field he needed another midfielder ,in there as the opposition were beginning find there feet .

I dont think he sees what he should be seeing ,its like ok we will carry on with this system even though the departure of impressive C Hall had knocked the confidence out the players ,he reacts too slowly too everything why not not drop G Hall into midfield with Croasdale and Walters and put Curtis on Right and Shipley too the left instead he puts Curtis on the left ,leaves Paton on who was anomynous and leaves Cole on who quite frankly lets  opposition out far too easily for my liking .

Another 0 at home how manys that this season at home

Value for money NOT, although i still maintain we have played better this relegation season,  than last 2 times getting relegated from this league yet we seem too be dogged by poor finishing ,and a manager who is out of his depth

Id expect him he sacked today

Season of goodwill too all men ,and all that ,CS cannot let this continue we wont have anybody left wanting watch us.

Folk aint going give up there free time, watch a team who come the crunch, cannot and have not got the moral fibre be anything other than soft ,and nothing like how the support want them be

Look at the casualty department ,seems like no one wants play cause we are bottom ,hiding behind injuries .

Johnson Gordon Garrity Gabriel Ojo Humpfries (he was concussed a week ago how long does it take get over that )Byers John unfortunate as best 2 players in my opinion  ,have i missed anyone .

UTV

Very very harsh on Cole. I thought he played well and worked his cream crackers off.  He had absolutely zero service and resorted to winning the ball 25 yards from goal to break quickly.

Cole 7 for me.
